BISSELL Pet Foundation is once again prompting a national call for adoption with its Spring National “Empty the Shelters” reduced-fee adoption event. The Humane Society of Sedona is one of more than 410 organizations participating in this lifesaving event to place deserving pets in loving homes.
We will be running a "30-30-30" Adoption Special during the Empty the Shelters Adoption Event taking place May 1st through May 15th. Any animal over 30 pounds or who has been with us over 30 days will have a reduced adoption fee of just $30. We will also be waiving adoption fees on a few of our special needs animals!

I really hope OJ finds a home this weekend. If I’d could take a FIV kitty he would be on my lap right now. He’s the sweetest, most loving little guy. If his fee isn’t waived, I’ll cover it for anyone who gives him a loving indoor-only home. Same goes for Roger, Snookie, Ash, or Pizazz.

Found newborn kittens? Wait! Mom may be nearby searching for food or hiding from you. When kittens are young, the best place for them is with their mom.
If the kittens are in an unsafe location, appear distressed or mom hasn't returned for several hours, first make sure they are warm, then then reach out to us for help.
