Protecting Your Pets for the Future
You love your pets and want the best for them once you are gone. We love and cherish companion pets, too. That’s why we are committed to finding and providing the best possible solutions to every animal that comes into our care.
With Surviving Companion Pet Advance Planning, you have the confidence of knowing your pets are in good hands with our dedicated team until they are placed with a loving family.
At the Humane Society of Sedona, we understand that it can be difficult to know where to start when making long term plans for the care of your pets.
That’s why we created the Surviving Companion Pet Advance Planning Program. We will be here if your pet needs a loving hand after you pass away or become incapacitated. When you enroll your pets in the Program, you have the peace of mind in knowing they will be well cared for until another suitable and loving home can be found.
How to Enroll:
-
Complete and return the ‘Surviving Companion Pet Advance Planning Acknowledgment’ Form.
-
A team member will ask you for important information about your pet to include in its file.
